Your body has a money story—want to hear it? 💸

Okay, let’s get into it. 💸
This month inside The Wellthy Healer, we’re focusing on something that’s quietly running the show in so many practices: money.

Now, don’t worry—I’m not pivoting into being a finance guru. 😉
But what I am obsessed with is helping osteopathic practitioners feel well, resourced, and in alignment—in your body, your energy, and your practice.

And the truth is?
Financial stress is one of the biggest unspoken disruptors to your clinical clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability.

So for the month of May, we’re exploring financial wellness as a pillar of practice health.
Not just budgets and spreadsheets, but the nervous system, mindset, and energetic load we carry around money—and how that directly impacts our ability to show up fully in our work.

✨ This Week’s Practice: The Body Budget Check-In

Every day this week, check your bank balance.
That’s it.

But do it with intention.

Before and after, ask yourself:
→ “Where do I feel this in my body?”
→ “What happens in my breath?”
→ “What thoughts or sensations come up when I look?”

No fixing. No judging. No spiraling.
Just honest, loving awareness.

Even if you feel confident with your cashflow  this exercise will show you if your nervous system is experiencing a different reality when it comes to money.

Because the first step toward financial health isn’t having a perfect plan—it’s being willing to look without flinching.

Inside the Osteo Collective, we’re diving even deeper this month. On May 16, we’re hosting our Prosperity in Practice retreat, with a guest speaker who’s going to teach us how to make cashflow your friend—so you can run a financially resilient practice, even when you're on vacation, under the weather, or just taking a beat.

If you’ve been thinking about joining the Collective, this is the perfect time to hop in and participate in the retreat live.

And next week?
We’re going to take everything you noticed this week—and start looking at what those reactions are trying to tell you.
We’ll unpack the beliefs, stories, and inherited patterns around money that might be keeping you small, even when you’re doing big work.

Let’s make May the month you feel just as strong in your finances as you do in your hands.

With love,
Geneviève

Your success CAN look different 🏅
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing more about my shift into solo practice. I'm not gonna' lie.... I fought the idea of "downsizing" for a while.  Probably several 10's of thousands of dollars too long.... I was straight up attached to a beautiful clinic space I had built out from the studs. I LIKED having people walk into my clinic and say "WOW!"It felt GOOD , and prestigious and suc...
👩🏻‍💼 What replaced my receptionist...
One of the biggest shifts for me going from a larger clinic to solo practice? Losing my reception team. And I’ll be honest, this was not really something I was excited to "lose" For years, I had built my schedule around it: Back-to-back patients. Someone else answering calls. Someone else handling payments.   Reception was essential to my practice. And I used to justify it as:“It lets me fo...
Flying Solo in practice 🪶
When I decided to shift back into solo practice, I had a whole story in my head about how it was going to feel.... 💭 I thought I’d miss the buzz of a bigger team.💭 I thought I might feel like I was “downgrading"💭 I even considered that I'd probably have to work more to make it all make sense financially.   And honestly? That’s not how it played out at all. What surprised me wasn’t what I los...
