Your life could look different by next Friday.

Hey there Healers,
I know, the title is promising a lot and I'm excited to tell you: I'm about to deliver. 😏
What I'm about to share with you may actually change the trajectory of your life if you allow yourself to do it...
So....
...I’ve started a little practice called Fuck It Fridays.
(thank you @lainabooth)
The premise is simple: each Friday, I put something out into the world that I would never normally ask for, and feels wayyy above my paygrade....
An email. An introduction. An idea. An upgrade. An ask.
And here's how its going....
✈️ I reached out to a luxury travel company about a possible, expense paid, collaboration. We’ve already had a zoom call and are now having some really exciting conversations about what we could create together in the coming year!
💌 I sent a personal thank-you note to Sonia Choqette, a public figure I've never met whose work has deeply influenced me. Her staff emailed me back and said she may get to read it in the coming weeks.
⌚️I approached Whoop about testing their product alongside my hiking challenge and preparations for my talk in Paris. No word yet, but I wasn't planning on buying it anyways!
👗I've also emailed two clothing designers about styling me while I'm in Paris.
🎁 I even asked for a pretty bold refund for a gift I recieved that I already owned (and the company is exchanging it)!
There’s a particular kind of vulnerability in saying, I’d love this. Could we explore it?
Even writing this feels vulnerable ....the thought of other people knowing what I've asked for is a little nerve-wracking itself! 😅
Especially when you’re used to being the person who helps, gives, and figures everything out yourself.
It’s very easy to decide on someone else’s behalf that they’re too busy, you’re not established enough, you don't have enough "followers" or "clients" or your idea needs another six months of polishing.
I’m realizing how many possibilities I can close down before another person even gets a chance to respond.
So my measure of success for these Fridays is whether I reached out.
A "yes" is exciting. But making the ask is already helping me practise being more honest about what I want -and more willing to let other people meet me there.
And the best part?
The "No's" don't matter.
Oh well - you don't get the thing you didn't think you'd get?
No love lost.
And when you get a yes....oh boy!🔥
Trust me, life gets kinda exciting when you start asking for what you really want...and you start getting it! 🤯
If you’d like to join me this Friday, choose one small thing.
Ask about the collaboration. Send the thank-you you’ve been composing in your head. Tell someone about the idea you keep coming back to.
Keep it simple enough that you actually hit send.....
..... Or scary enough that you'd laugh-cry if they did say yes!
What would you ask for if you stopped deciding the answer in advance?
You can reply and tell me. I’d love to hear.
With love,
💛 Geneviève
P.S. In October, I’m planning a short, five-day email series on putting money aside during the busy fall season so you have more flexibility in the year ahead.
This year, I’ve been able to make room for 13 weeks off while paying myself the exact same income I always make. A lot of that time off was unexpected and unplanned for. The things I put in place during the fall of 2025 helped make it possible, and I want to walk you through them.
I want to make sure every practitioner had the system I relied on when I needed it most. 🫶
