Think of this as a series of tiny clean-ups that give you way more ease in your practice — so you can actually rest by the time your last patient of the year hops off your table.
Today we’re starting with the quickest win of all:
✨ Cleaning up your Accounts Receivable.
Money is already tight this time of year.
Patients are distracted.
People forget wallets.
Cards expire.
Insurance receipts get messy.
And if you’re anything like literally every osteo I know… there is money waiting for you inside your booking software.
How do I know? Because I checked mine this week. 🧐
When I opened my Accounts Receivable earlier this week, I was a little surprised...
Over $1,500 in money owing. TO ME!
Some were tiny balances.
Some were honest mistakes.
Some were no-shows.
Some were older than I’d like to admit.
And within 20 minutes?
✅ Clean.
✅ Sorted.
✅ Done.
And suddenly my December feels a whole lot more generous.
The good news is - if you use a software system like Jane its LITERALLY as easy as pushing a button!
This is why I want YOU to do this today.
✨ Here’s your 10–15 minute money recovery ritual:
If you use Jane App (I know most of you do):
👉Go to Billing
👉Click Accounts Receivable
👉Filter by Outstanding Patient Invoices
👉Sort by Amount Owing
👉Start with the easiest wins (under $60, recent visits, card on file)
If you use another platform:
👉Search for “Accounts Receivable,” “Unpaid invoices,” or “Patient Owing Report.”
Every system has one.
