The final 5 lessons... and a vision for what comes next ⏩

This month, I’ve shared the unfiltered truth from my 15 years in practice.
Today, we close the loop.

Here are the final 5 lessons—the ones that live deep in my bones and have shaped not just my career, but my life.

🌊 Lesson 11: Your patients aren’t the only ones healing.

This work has been healing me, too.
Every patient, every challenge, every boundary—mirrors, all of it.
The practice grows when you grow.

🧭 Lesson 12: Systems create freedom.

The more structure I built, the more I could breathe.
Automation. Boundaries. Templates. Policies.
Structure isn’t restriction—it’s support for your nervous system.

🔥 Lesson 13: Say the scary thing.

When I launched my first CEU course, Emotional Anatomy, I was terrified.
But it changed everything.
Say the thing. Make the offer. Start the conversation.
It’s usually the one people need the most.

🔁 Lesson 14: You don’t need another course—you need integration.

I kept learning and learning.
But transformation didn’t happen until I started embodying what I already knew.

🌹 Lesson 15: A wellthy practice isn’t built on sacrifice—it’s built on self-respect.

You don’t need to burn out to prove your value.
You don’t owe anyone your depletion.
Build something that nourishes you, too.

So what’s next?

More alignment. More depth. More rest.
And new ways to support you in building a business that feels like your own.

Thanks for being here. Truly.

Which lesson stuck with you most?
Hit reply. I’d love to hear it.

With all my heart,
Geneviève
🖤

Your success CAN look different 🏅
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing more about my shift into solo practice. I'm not gonna' lie.... I fought the idea of "downsizing" for a while.  Probably several 10's of thousands of dollars too long.... I was straight up attached to a beautiful clinic space I had built out from the studs. I LIKED having people walk into my clinic and say "WOW!"It felt GOOD , and prestigious and suc...
👩🏻‍💼 What replaced my receptionist...
One of the biggest shifts for me going from a larger clinic to solo practice? Losing my reception team. And I’ll be honest, this was not really something I was excited to "lose" For years, I had built my schedule around it: Back-to-back patients. Someone else answering calls. Someone else handling payments.   Reception was essential to my practice. And I used to justify it as:“It lets me fo...
Flying Solo in practice 🪶
When I decided to shift back into solo practice, I had a whole story in my head about how it was going to feel.... 💭 I thought I’d miss the buzz of a bigger team.💭 I thought I might feel like I was “downgrading"💭 I even considered that I'd probably have to work more to make it all make sense financially.   And honestly? That’s not how it played out at all. What surprised me wasn’t what I los...
