Optimize the š© Out of Your Practice

Hey there Healers!
We just wrapped up the Wellthy Practice Retreat this weekend and honestly⦠wow.
It feels like literal magic when heart centered people come together in one place. And the speakers? Iām still kind of in awe.Thereās no way Iād normally get access to that level of depth all in one place.
It was really special.āØ
One of our speakers, Dr. ShantƩ Cofield, talked a lot about using your authentic voice when communicating.
Which made me realize somethingā¦
I keep things pretty polished in here. Professional. Thoughtful. Me... but wearing a blazer edition š
So in the spirit of that conversation, Iām going to say something I deeply believe, something I would absolutely say if we were having a drink together at a bougie hotel lobby in lululemon pantsā¦
ā¦and something that doesnāt always make it into emails like this:
You need to optimize the shit out of your practice.
That was the theme of the weekend, whether people realized it or not.
Everyone came in looking for something, usually around making more money.
And that makes sense.
But when you actually look at it more closely, the reason most people want to make more money is because their practice isnāt currently giving them what they need.
ā”ļø So the instinct becomes:
"maybe I need to add something"
- A course...
- A second stream of income...
- Run a clinic...
- Google Ads...
- More growth...
Iāve been there.
Iāve taken those courses.
Iāve spent that money.
Iāve gone down those paths thinking that was the answer.
Andddd⦠ā none of that fixed what actually needed fixing.
Because what I needed to do was optimize the shit out of my practice.
No oneās advertising ācome refine your policiesā or āletās get really clear on your numbers.ā
But Iām telling you:
that āboringā work has made me happier, healthier, and more free than I ever expected.
š¢ Getting really solid with my numbers changed the level of safety I feel in my body every day.
š Having a schedule that actually works for my life means I can go for a two-hour walk with my husband in the morning if I want to. I can paint in the middle of the day on a Wednesday.
That didnāt happen by accident.
That happened because I optimized the shit out of my practice.
Right now, I work three days a week in clinic.
I have a great flow to my days.
Iām paid for my time.
Iām well compensated in a way that actually supports my life.
Iām not burned out. My body feels good.
And my practice? Itās one of the most stable parts of my life.
I know whatās coming in. I know how it works. I donāt stress about it.
And thatās the part I want more practitioners to experience.
Because itās available.
But it doesnāt come from adding more.
It comes from optimizing the shit out of your practice.
Ok, if that boring stuff like numbers, schedules, and policies doesn't sound like the worst thing ever now... I just wanted to let you know I put something together.
I created a program called The Wellthy Healer.
Itās a five-step system built entirely around this idea, helping you take what you already have and turn it into a practice that supports you properly.
ie. OPTIMIZE THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR PRACTICE
I shared it with the practitioners from the retreat, and since youāre here, reading this, opening these emails (which I genuinely donāt take for granted) I wanted to make sure you knew about it too. (This newsletter is LITERALLY called The Wellthy Healer - so of course I need to let you know!)
We start May 1st.
Thereās a special offer I extended to the retreat group, and if you want to join us, youāre absolutely welcome to take advantage of that as well. It includes a 1:1 with me and a 6 month payment plan, but only until May 1st.
But regardless of weather you step into a program with me or not, this is the takeaway:
If something in your practice feels off, before you go looking for something new, come back and optimize whatās already there.
I promise: it's far more valuable than you know!
Always optimizing,
š«¶ GeneviĆØve
PS: not sure where to start optimizing? Just reply to this email š© I read every single one and answer personally! xo
