Time ⏳, Money 💸 & Boundaries🚧 : Your Personal Freedom Trifecta

Let’s talk about one of the hottest words in the osteo world this month:
Freedom.
We think it just happens once we finally…
✔ Make more money
✔ Have more time
✔ Get the “right” clients
✔ Finish the next course
✔ Organize our schedule
But here’s the hard truth I’ve been learning:
Freedom isn’t something you stumble into. It’s something you choose—over and over again.
- Freedom is saying no to what doesn’t fit—even if it’s “good.”
- Freedom is having boundaries so strong that your energy stays valued above all else.
- Freedom is being able to tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.
- Freedom is not apologizing for wanting more rest, more wealth, more joy in your practice.
This summer, I’ve been really practicing this skill.
→ Letting go of the things I kept tolerating just because they were “nice.”
→ Exiting groups that didn’t feel aligned.
→ Releasing relationships where I didn’t feel great about myself afterward.
→ Even choosing to not sign up for that next course or workshop (you know I love a good one!).
Why?
Because my energy is finite.
And if I keep spending it on things that aren’t a full-body yes, I’m robbing myself of the life and practice I’m actually building.
So I want to ask you something:
Where in your life or practice are you spending your time, money, or energy out of habit—not alignment?
You don’t need to overhaul everything.
But one empowered choice can shift everything.
✨ Say no to the appointment that drains you. (you can refer out!)
✨ Raise your rates.
✨ Create a booking policy that actually supports your life.
✨ Delete that offer that no longer lights you up. (if you don’t want to massage anymore - only you can choose to stop!)
✨ Block off time just for you.
Remember:
Boundaries aren’t barriers.
They’re blueprints for the freedom you’re building.
And you’re allowed to build a business that gives you more life—not one that eats it.
With love and conviction,
Gen
P.S. If you need support choosing the next right boundary or decision, you know where to find me. We talk about this all the time in the Osteo Collective—because your business should feel like freedom, not friction.
Is the kind of conversation you want more of?
If you’re craving a space where your boundaries, your values, and your unique way of practicing are honored and supported…
There are just a few days left to join the Osteo Collective for 2025.
🚪 Doors close on August 8.
