The Osteo Collective Membership – Terms & ConditionsÂ

Welcome, osteo-wonder! We’re thrilled to have you inside The Osteo Collective—a sanctuary of learning, connection, and clinical growth. These terms help protect the integrity of the space we’re building and make sure expectations are clear from the start.Â
Membership Options & Payment TermsÂ
Monthly Installment Plan (Annual Commitment)Â
1. By enrolling in the Monthly Plan, you’re entering a 12-month membership agreement. While payments are made monthly, this is not a month-to-month plan — it’s an annual commitment with the flexibility of installments.Â
If you choose to cancel early, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 2 additional monthly payments. Your access to the platform will remain active during this notice period.Â
In rare and exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or life upheaval), you may request early termination. These cases will be reviewed individually, and require either 60 days' notice or the equivalent of 2 monthly payments.Â
2. Annual Plan – One-Time PaymentÂ
If you joined via the Annual Plan, congrats on unlocking our best rate. This plan includes one year of access to all content, mentorship, and community support.Â
Due to the immediate access to all course materials, no refunds are available for this option. Your membership will expire after 12 months and does not auto-renew.Â
3. Month-to-Month PlanÂ
The Month-to-Month Plan offers flexibility with no long-term commitment. Your subscription renews monthly on your sign-up date, and you can cancel at any time. Access remains available until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. CEU CertificatesÂ
We’re committed to maintaining the integrity of your CEU education. Here's how it works:Â
- Letters of Completion (CEU certificates) are available after 3 months of continuous membership.Â
- If you need your letter earlier, you may upgrade to the Month-to-Month plan by covering the pricing difference.Â
- Letters will only be issued for courses that are fully completed and marked “Complete” in the platform — partial progress doesn’t count.Â
- Watching each lesson in full is required to ensure your CEU hours are properly accredited.Â
We take this seriously — and we know you do too.Â
5. Failed PaymentsÂ
If your payment fails, we’ll retry your card up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, your access will be paused until the payment issue is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program.Â
6. Refund PolicyÂ
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any plan (monthly or annual) due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to our resources.Â
7. Professional Use & ScopeÂ
The Osteo Collective is designed exclusively for osteopathic professionals. Our materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. You’re expected to apply the content ethically and within the scope of your professional license.
8. Intellectual PropertyÂ
All content inside The Osteo Collective—including videos, recordings, handouts, and written materials—is protected under intellectual property law.Â
You may not:Â
- CopyÂ
- ShareÂ
- RecordÂ
- ResellÂ
- Reproduce or distributeÂ
...any part of the program, whether for free or for profit. Violations may lead to removal from the program without refund and possible legal action.Â
9. Confidentiality & Community TrustÂ
This is a safe space. What’s shared in The Collective—on calls, threads, or private chats—must stay in The Collective.Â
You agree not to record, screenshot, repost, or share:Â
- Personal storiesÂ
- Clinical case discussionsÂ
- Community interactionsÂ
We may occasionally share anonymized screenshots or quotes for promotional or inspirational purposes. If you’d prefer not to be included, let us know and we’ll honor that.Â
Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
10. Community Conduct
We’re all about curiosity, kindness, and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any member for behavior that is:Â
- DisruptiveÂ
- HarassingÂ
- DisrespectfulÂ
- Inappropriate in tone or contentÂ
This applies across all channels: calls, threads, and private messages.Â
11. Tech WobblesÂ
If tech gremlins appear (Zoom fails, videos won’t load, etc.), we’re on it. We appreciate your patience while we fix things — your learning and experience matters.Â
12. Final WordÂ
By joining The Osteo Collective, you agree to these terms. This agreement protects the energy, trust, and quality of our community. We’re thrilled to have you here and can’t wait to witness your growth and evolution. Let’s rise together.Â
